800g água
500g filetes pescada
150g cebola
2 dentes Alho - usei 3
50g azeite – usei 30 gr
30g vinho branco
500g leite – usei 300 gr de leite + 200 gr da agua de cozer o peixe
100g farinha
50g polpa tomate - usei 30 gr
1 caldo de peixe
150g de miolo de camarão

- Coloque no copo a água e na Varoma os filetes temperados com um pouco de sal, programe 20min. Temp. Varoma. Vel. 1. Desfie e reserve separadamente a água e os filetes desfiados.
- Sem lavar o copo , coloque a cebola e o alho e pique durante 5 seg. Vel. 5.
- Adicionar o azeite e programe 7 min. Temp. 100º. Vel. 1, para refogar.
- Junte a polpa de tomate, o vinho, o caldo de peixe e programe 3 min. Temp. Varoma Vel. 1.
- Adicione o leite, o sal, a pimenta e a farinha e programe 8min. Temp 90º. Vel. 4.
- Quando terminar, junte os filetes desfiados, os camarões e a salsa e programe 1min. Temp. 90º, Vel. Colher Inversa.

Pese a farinha e reserve.
Coloque no copo a água, a manteiga, o azeite, o sal e programe 5 min/100ºC/vel 1.
Junte a farinha de uma só vez e programe 20 seg/vel 4. Retire a massa e deixe arrefecer.
Numa superfície estenda a massa com ajuda de um rolo, e recheie a gosto.


Dica:

- Faça a massa para Rissóis a dobrar do livro base e substitua a água, pela água de cozedura dos filetes.
- Para a massa ficar mais macia, junte um fio de óleo ou azeite através do bucal da tampa durante o último passo feito na Bimby.
Esta massa serve para rissóis, almofadas de carne ou enrolados de salsicha.
